Throughout the past semester at AUB, I was part of a DH course taught by Professor Maya Sfeir. This course included a semester-long project focused on an author of our choice (my group and I chose Roald Dahl), who’s work we’d have to analyze using DH tools.

We spent the semester analyzing Roald Dahl and his work, focusing on androcentrism within his most famous children’s books. By using DH tools, we were able to identify a problem, formulate a research question, and analyze our results. All of this was then condensed into a time-line we created using the tool Timeline JS.
